Healthy Coconut Porridge

Ingredients:
Coconut meat of 1 coconut.
The amount differs for each coconut. You need about 1 cup of coconut meat.
1 cup of warm water.
2 medjool dates (big and juicy dates)
Optional some cinnamon

Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
This porridge tastes like oatmeal.
My kids love it.

The fat in coconuts is made of medium chain fatty acids, which are a great source of energy.
Tip: If you combine coconut(oil)with hemp oil, you get all your essential fatty acids.
