Alkaline Foods and Positive Thoughts

Keeping your body alkaline is the key to good health. You can do this by eating lots of green leafy vegetables, non-sweet fruits, specific herbs and superfoods, sea vegetables and drinking enough water. This lifestyle is promoted in the raw food diet. Positive thoughts are also a very important factor.

Avoid as much as possible: all animal food and dairy, sugar, coffee, alcohol, smoking, highly processed foods and chemical additives, which create an acid condition in the body. This acidity is the basis of all modern diseases. Negative thinking also contributes highly to an acid condition.

Become aware of your thoughts and if necessary, change them. It is possible and it will benefit your health greatly.
