Here you see the vitality race between a fruit/vegetable fan and a junk food addict. One loves raw foods like bananas, oranges and watermelons, the other one sweets, like ice cream, chocolate and cake.
Who do you think will win this race? I think the distance between the two should be much bigger.
What if the winner would have added superfoods, like raw cacao, maca, bee pollen, marine fytoplankton, MSM, spirulina and chlorella? Can you imagine?
