Delicious Nori Rolls or Raw Sushi

Ingredients for 1 nori roll or sushi:

1 sheet of nori
1 leave of iceberg lettuce
¼ avocado
1 medium size tomato
4 olives
4 radishes
some chives
some alfalfa
some sauerkraut
30 pine nuts

Put the sheet of nori on a flat surface.
Make a second layer with the leaf of iceberg lettuce. Leave the lower and the upper part of the nori uncovered.
Cut avocado and tomato lengthwise. Put them in the middle from left to right on the iceberg leaf. Add small pieces of olive and radish.
Place the chives on top of this. You don’t need to cut them.
Add some sauerkraut, alfalfa, mustard and pine nuts.
Don't take too many vegetables. If you have too many, you can't close the roll.

Take the lower part of the nori and cover the vegetables.
Moisten the upper part of the nori.
Roll the upper part of the nori over the rest and press gently.
The moist nori sticks to the rest.
This way you get a nice roll.
You can eat it like this (as a nori roll) or cut it in pieces (as sushi).

We usually have 2 or 3 nori rolls a person.

You can also use the nut pâté, that you can find elsewhere on the blog inside the sushi.
Put the nut pâté on the nori sheet with iceberg leaf, and add vegetables and herbs.
This is also a great way to make sushi, but a little more time consuming.

Enjoy!
