Recipe for Raw Vegan Herb Butter

Do you miss herb butter in your raw food diet? Don’t worry, you can have it!
Here is the recipe for a great raw vegan herb butter.

½ cup coconut butter (instead of real butter)
3 tablespoons dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme, marjoram and chives)
1 or 2 cloves of garlic
1/2 - 1 teaspoon sea salt or Himalayan pink salt

Press the garlic in a garlic press.
Mix all ingredients with a small fork or spoon.

Enjoy with dehydrated crackers or on sprouted bread.

Thanks! I changed it in 1 or 2 ;-))
I used small cloves, that were not very strong at the end of the winter.
