Eat More Apple Pie!

Raw Apple Pie is a very nutrient rich food. It's very healthy.

This video shows the nutrients in a raw apple pie compared to a cooked one. Don't feel quilty about eating apple pie, eat a raw one. You can find two great recipes on this blog.

And compare the nutrients in fruits with those in bread. I think Storm Talifero did a great job, making this video. It's so convincing.
