1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1/2 cup carob powder
1 ripe avocado
1/2 cup (or more, if you like) agave nectar or maple syrup
a few tabespoons water, if needed
1/4 teaspoon sea salt or Himalayan pink salt
Blend and serve on a nice plate or bowl.
You can use an ice scoop for a gourmet look.
Garnish with raspberries, shredded almonds and fresh mint.
