Dr. Vincent Bellonzi on Caffeine, Stress, Chronic Fatigue and Burnout

Do you need caffeine to get started in the morning or to keep going during the day? Take care, you are in big trouble. Watch this video, in which dr. Vincent Bellonzi talks about the consequences of taking too much caffeine. You are over stimulating yourself from a high stress feeling to exhaustion. At some point the body will give up. This can finally cause chronic fatigue, burnout or various diseases.

Your body needs to metabolize the caffeine, which is a stress to the body. While the body tries to get rid of caffeine, it can't clear itself of other things. This causes disease. If you depend upon caffeine now, you need to find a better solution to come through your day. With caffeine you burn up your energy and nutrients.

There are other ways to get more energy. A good nutrient rich diet and exercise are very important to get back your natural rhythm. Exercise helps to get a better metabolism. The right nutrients help your body to function better.

Look at your sleep and wake cycle. A normal amount of sleep is 7 or 7 1/2 hours. It usually takes about 15 minutes at night to fall asleep. If you hit the pillow and you’re asleep, this means you are overstressed. If you have trouble getting up in the morning, things are off as well.

It is normal, if you are getting enough sleep and have a productive day. If you can’t do that, than you probably already pushed it too far. It’s time to bring your body back into ballance, before is goes into total exhaustion.
