Raw Food Recipe for Fennel-Orange Salad with Lemon Dressing

If you want to prepare something special, try this delicious salad recipe.

3 oranges
3 fennel roots
1 red onion
½ cup black olives, pitted
1 or 2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
pepper and salt to taste

Peel the oranges thicker than usual, so that you also take off the outer white layer.
Slice the oranges, the fennel roots and the onion.
Mix the sliced orange, fennel root, red onion and pitted olives.

For the raw dressing, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, pepper and salt.
Pour the dressing over your salad, mix well, and enjoy!
