Breakfast Recipe Milkshake or Porridge

You can drink this nourishing breakfast recipe as a milkshake or eat it as a porridge. Just add more or less water.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup almonds, soaked
10 dried apricots, soaked
soaking water apricots
1 banana
1 tablespoon lemon juice
pinch of salt

To peel the soaked almonds, first pour boiling water over them and immediately afterwards ice cold water. This way the skins come off easily.
Put all ingredients in the blender. Also the sweet soaking water from the apricots.
Blend and enjoy!
