Vegetable juice from lettuce-celery-tomato-pakchoi-dandelion

This mixed vegetable juice is made from fresh (spring) greens and tomato. It is cleansing, mineralizing and good to balance blood sugar. It is great to get new energy in spring and get rid of waste products and therefore especially good against fatigue.

Serves 1

1/4 head lettuce
2 stalks celery
1 big tomato
3 big leaves pak choi
leaves of a dandelion

Put all ingredients in your juicer and juice.
It is best to roll the dandelion inside the other bigger leaves. Otherwise they disappear in your juicer without giving much juice.
Drink the juice right away. Otherwise it will oxidize and lose many of its nutrients.
