David Wolfe: to detox, build up minerals like calcium and magnesium

David Wolfe speaks about the role of minerals for detoxification. You need to have enough minerals in our body to be able to detoxify. The main role of for instance calcium, magnesium or oxygen in our body is to detoxify. Many people are so low in minerals, that they can’t detoxify, although they are very toxic. Your first need to build up your minerals and create a buffer. Superfoods like spirulina, powdered grasses, goji berries and raw chocolate are great for this purpose. Once you have a buffer of minerals, you can start your detox.

When you get a Calcium/Magnesium supplement combo, liquid is the best choice, but tablets will work. Do not use a Calcium Carbonate or Oxide form of calcium you only get about 10% of the calcium you really need, because the form of it is too crude to be available to the body.
