This smoothie is great for breakfast or if you get hungry in between meals.
It is also a good food for kids.
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
2 handfuls raspberries
1 tablespoon shelled hemp seed
½ cup water
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Pour in a nice glass and enjoy!
The hemp seed is rich in omega 3 and 6 fatty acids.
Adding hemp seed gives this smoothie a rich flavor and helps to slow down the absorption of the fruit sugars. This creates a more stable blood sugar and a long lasting energy.
