Ingredients
1/2 cup lucuma powder
1 cup cashews
vanilla extract or a vanilla bean
1/4 cup yacon syrup (or agave, maple syrup or honey)
1 cup filtered water
Blend, freeze and enjoy this delicious caramel ice cream!
