Many raw vegan look very skinny and unhealthy. Why?
Either they are very sick and that's why they eat raw food or they are too cerebral and think that by just eating raw food their complete world will turn around and they will be completely healthy.
There is more to health than just diet: exercise, sun, fun. The proper, living organic food is only the fuel. Grow beyond that and have a life: have some fun, use your brain, get a spiritual existence, get to that fulfillment and contribute.
