Karen Knowler makes her own muesli, a fantastic raw food diet breakfast recipe.
Dry ingredients (all raw of course):
hazelnuts
almonds
brazil nuts
dried apricots
medjool dates
raisins
Give this a good mix up with your hands.
Fresh ingredients:
1 ripe banana
blueberries
raspberries
1/2 apple
Give it one final mix.
Of course you can use any kind of fruit you like, like mango, kiwi, orange, pear or passion fruit.
Finally add the nut milk (for the recipe, see nutmilks and pâté’s). Add as much as you want.
Top it off with some grated coconut, raspberries and blueberries.
This makes the most amazing breakfast, you may ever have.
